The fully automatic molding machine pushes out the sand mold, then sends a signal to the auxiliary line. The auxiliary line performs an action in response, enabling a one-box-push-one-box cycle that links the molding machine with the auxiliary line.

The auxiliary line has a pouring area; when the sand mold reaches this area, pouring is carried out. After pouring, the auxiliary line trolley moves forward. When the cycle reaches the manipulator position, the flask and pressing iron are automatically fitted onto the sand mold just discharged from the molding machine.

After the flask and pressing iron are removed, the sand block is automatically pushed out of the auxiliary line and falls onto the sand treatment cooling conveyor, then enters the vibrating screen, where the sand mold and casting are automatically separated.

Lay Out Line Case

This is a relatively simple and economical molding solution. Once purchased, the fully automatic molding machine can be put into production immediately. Simply secure the molding machine and the lifting frame, then start the conveyor belt to feed sand into the molding machine. For each completed mold box, use a pallet to receive the sand mold, then remove it with a handcart and place it flat on the ground for pouring.
