Vacuum Process Casting Production Line Process

Vacuum process casting lines use binder-free dry sand and negative pressure for molding, ensuring high precision, clean operations, and easy sand recycling. The automated workflow reduces labor, improves casting quality, and delivers eco-friendly, cost-effective production for complex and high-accuracy castings.

The vacuum process casting production line uses negative pressure to form molds without binders, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly molding process. The workflow includes fixing the pattern onto a vacuum box, film covering and heating, manual gating system setup, coating application, and optional drying. The box is then transferred to the vibration table for sand filling and compaction. After covering the back film and applying vacuum, the mold is stripped using a robotic arm, allowing precise core placement and box assembly.

Once the mold is locked, a vehicle-mounted vacuum pump transfers it to the pouring area, where the gating basin and backfill sand are placed before casting. This process delivers excellent dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and easy sand reclamation, making it ideal for high-precision, environmentally friendly production.
