The machine utilizes an ordinary variable frequency motor or an optional servo motor to control the flipping cylinder for smooth tilting operations. The speed of each segment during tilting is fully adjustable, providing precise control for efficient casting. The hydraulic system uses high-pressure, high-flow valves, minimizing installation space while optimizing performance. Additionally, individual actions or synchronized operations can be programmed automatically for enhanced flexibility.
